Franky

Registered Physiotherapist

Franky is a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong and Australia, and he is also a registered dietitian in the US. He graduated with his master’s degree in physiotherapy studies from the University of Queensland in 2020 and nutrition and dietetics from Loma Linda University in 2015. He also is a certified personal trainer. Franky would like to provide professional nutrition information and exercise instruction to the customers and help them to develop good eating habits and improve their health. At the same time, he also specializes in manual therapy, dry needling and physiotherapy scoliosis specific exercise to help patients improve posture and rebalance the body.

MK

Sports Therapist

MK is a UK registered sports therapist and works as a team therapist of professional sports team. In 2018, MK worked as a sports therapist of HK Men’s Baseball Team in Asian Game. And MK also worked with different sports, like European Golf Tour, Asian Golf Tour and China Golf Tour, ITF, ATP and Rugby 7s’ medical team.

In 2019, Coach MK was chosen by the Society of Sports Therapists to undertake a sports therapist academic exchange at the Duke University. That provides MK an in-depth insight into sports therapy programs as well as empowers him the ability to evaluate the injury level of a client quickly and accurately.

Paired with the experience and knowledge MK has gained from the academic exchange and practical experience, MK aims to utilize his ability to relieve the pain syndrome, improve the clients’ health and performance from diverse backgrounds such as athletes, elderlies, or people who suffer from various muscle injuries that affect their daily life in the past.

Ryan

Sports Therapist

Ryan completed the bachelor’s degree and got the sports therapist qualification in 2019. Besides, he also studied for a master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Health Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong for more understanding about sports injuries. He had worked in manual therapy and rehabilitation studio which specializes in hands-on stretching and sports massage for treating musculoskeletal problems. He applies his knowledge and skills to elite sports athletes, sports lovers, and the general public. He realized most of the general public are suffered from different discomfort as long hours sitting at work and poor postures. His philosophy is that people should move freely and manage any challenges physically anytime to achieve work-life balance.

Kenny

Sports Therapist

Kenny earned his bachelor’s degree and obtained his sports therapist qualification in 2024. With a decade of experience as a volleyball player and three years as a swimming assistant coach, Kenny brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation. With a focus on manual therapy, he applies targeted stretching and sports massage to resolve musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Kenny believes that preventive and targeted exercise is essential for athletes of all levels as well as the general public. Beyond addressing physical conditions and recovery progress, Kenny strives to provide clients with a comfortable and effective treatment experience. He also helps them cultivate sustainable exercise habits, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life through movement. His work philosophy centers on balancing body and mind while promoting a fulfilling lifestyle.

Elvis

Sports Therapist

Elvis is a registered sports therapist in UK and Hong Kong. He graduated with First Honours in Sports and Recreation Management (Specialisation in Sports Therapy) from THEi in 2025, demonstrating academic excellence in his field. His diverse certifications including NeuroKinetic Therapy, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer enable a multidimensional approach to rehabilitation ranging from athletes to elderly while integrating evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of human movement. With 5+ years of experience in elderly fitness, Elvis has developed expertise in designing age-appropriate wellness programs. By combining his sports therapy credentials, Elvis creates comprehensive interventions that enhance overall quality of life.
