FAQ
Q1: How do I book a physiotherapy session?
If you’re experiencing pain or discomfort, call or WhatsApp us at (852) 57023631 to schedule an appointment. Our team will arrange a suitable time and therapist for you. Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration. (You may request a specific therapist when booking.)
Q2: What should I prepare for my first session?
For shoulder/upper back issues, wear a sleeveless top. For lower back/leg issues, wear shorts. (Don’t worry if you forget—we provide spare clothing!) For insurance claims (e.g., accident insurance), bring a doctor’s referral letter. If you don’t have one, we can arrange a telemedicine consultation to issue the required referral.
Q3: Can I get an assessment without treatment?
Your first visit includes a full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to ensure you understand the issue and start recovery immediately.
Q4: What happens during the initial assessment?
Our therapist will discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and past injuries, perform hands-on tests and movement analyses to identify the root cause (joints, muscles, or nerves) and explain the treatment plan in detail.
Q5: Do you treat pregnant women and children?
Absolutely! For prenatal care, we use gentle manual therapy (no acupuncture or electrotherapy). For pediatric cases, we adapt techniques based on age and parental preferences.
Q6: What does a typical treatment involve?
We customize plans using manual therapy, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrotherapy, shockwave), acupuncture or rehab exercises. (Let us know if you’re uncomfortable with any method!)
Q7: How often should I attend follow-ups?
For acute injuries (e.g., ankle sprains), it should take 3-4x/week initially, then taper as you improve. For chronic issues, it take 1-2x/week. (We’ll send reminders before each session.)
Q1: How do I book?
Call/WhatsApp (852) 57023631. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Q2: What if I need insurance reimbursement but lack a referral letter?
We can arrange a telemedicine doctor consultation to issue one. Contact us in advance.
Q3: Do I need an X-ray/MRI before my visit?
No—our therapists will diagnose through clinical exams. However, existing scans are helpful for reference.
Q4: What are your opening hours?
Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sat/Sun/Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Q1: What is physiotherapy?
A drug-free, non-surgical approach to pain relief. We identify the cause (joints, muscles, or nerves) and use manual therapy, acupuncture/cupping/electrotherapy and home exercise plans.
Q2: How long is each session?
~1 hour.
Q3: What’s included?
Assessment + hands-on treatment + modalities (as needed) + home-care advice.
Q4: How many sessions will I need?
For acute injuries (e.g., ankle sprains), it should take 3-4x/week initially. For chronic issues, it should take 1-2x/week.
Q5: How many sessions for posture correction (e.g., hunchback)?
Most notice improvement in 3-4 sessions, with lasting results after 6-8 sessions.
Q6: Will posture issues return?
We focus on long-term solutions (joint alignment, muscle balance, and personalized exercises) to prevent relapse.
Q7: Do you offer joint “cracking”?
We prioritize root-cause treatment (manual therapy + myofascial release) over temporary adjustments.
Q1: Are your therapists registered? Can I get a receipt?
Yes! Our HK-registered physiotherapists provide official receipts for insurance claims (accident/company medical insurance). We also assist with paperwork.
Q2: Is a doctor’s referral required?
Typically yes for claims, but we can arrange a telemedicine referral if needed.
Q3: Do you accept corporate medical cards?
We don’t bill cards directly but provide receipts for reimbursement. Check if your insurer requires a referral!

Cash, PayMe, FPS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay.
Q2: Can I use Elderly Healthcare Vouchers?
